Well, I know since a fair few want some kind of decent sport, why not make a subfaction for the werewolf fans out there, could make some of them moveable NPCs that can do large damage but give out decent blood and coins.
It could be a power you can only get when you have no other powers and renders biting useless but can use different attacks?
I'm not really sure as of yet, thoughts?

So, I am thinking more thoughts about the werewolf subfaction, That can be also classed as an NPC similar to the hunter that require a bite, but we can increase their spawn rate as the month goes on and less frequent after a full moon in the game, They can give more coins and blood as the full moon approaches.
If there is also a cycle for the wolves it gives you a tie in for the sub faction, It could give rise for a smaller group of wolves to give something for the vamps to have to squash every now and then to give the city a big enemy it has to face and can really get its teeth into and coin out of.

I love the varied spawn rate idea. I would also like to think that wolfs maybe give less coin than hunters, but overall give much more blood?

Actually enjoy the idea of adding a 3rd tier npc to the game. Human - Hunter - Werewolves. Each could have within their own groups ranges in difficulty. Humans depends on the district of the city they currently are found in. The city board as it stands, works fine. Easy to navigate not too cluttered. - Different districts within the city gives you humans with more or less bp and or coin. Also the higher BP and Coin Humans will be considerably less the Normal ones, like we have now. The Hunters could also be adjusted alongside the Werewolves. As the Werewolves get stronger with the change of the Moon so do the Hunters as they adjust their weapons and tactics. And the Werewolves as Alex explained it sounds perfect !

Well, It gives us the option to add events into the game that coincide with the events and the shifting in the city that RB has lacked for awhile, There is nothing to rattle up peoples cages or gives the under dog a chance to increase money for a fight.
Its not requiring huge amounts of effort since we can have these spawn rates set up months in advance and just play along side it.
The three faction tiers you could allow a vamp with no powers to get kind of like a level of neutrality but that allows them to RP as a werewolf, They could not attack vamps for a certain reason as does neutrality, but could allow something to be worked that gives them a certain allowance of control near the full moon with the NPC's.
It could give a whole breed of these trying to rise up as the month changes. Vamps would need to join together if it became much of a threat.
I'm dead set on werewolves as an NPC. However you think this subfaction has merit or is it abit far to go?

I think that it's a great idea.
Humans > Hunters > Wolfs
I am honestly lost for another NPC...maybe ghouls? Or something like that. Humans who are half-turned into vampires but never killed. I would think these would be the truly gruesome ones, but perhaps they could give some kind of extra special reward other than blood and coin? Like maybe a chest that gives a few weapons? >.> I durno.

I love this idea ^.^ as well as Werewolf NPCs are we suggesting giving people the choice to play as Vamp or Werewolf when they sign up?

Well, You could have some of the same powers you can use for normal but maybe a couple you can only as werewolf, similar so that neither side is balanced.
Something like that?

And the NPC werewolfs can be 'rogue wolfs' who have wandered into the territory, which would explain why a wolf would be attacking a wolf. I figure that the powers would be mostly the same in overlap with just a few to either side that the other can't get. IE. Wolfs may be able to get more stamina or an entirely different power type altogether. >.> I will post more when I'm not rushing to put a roast in.

Honestly, In RB i can't recall seeing much werewolves. More demons and cats. lol .
Saying that, I think There should be a start point for everyone. Once you have reached a certain bp level and or fully powered. Do you remain a Vampire or be Bitten by a werewolf ( Suffer massive BP loss ) and become one of them?
And once your character is a Werewolf you'll have the same advantage that the NPC wolves will have depending on the Moon. When the Moon is at its highest strength so are you, youll be able to drain more blood from others, deal more damage from your weapons, etc. And when the Moon is at its weakest, So are you.
So making your character a werewolf gives you advantages and disadvantages over being a Vampire. Vampires, Can also be stronger during the winter solstice. Which is the longest night of the year. And be extremely weaker during the Summer solstice. So it would spice it up for both sides.
On paper it would look like werewolves as a faction would have way more full Moons than Winter Solstice for Vamps, but the drawback is that once the full moon is gone and no moon is in the sky they are weaker. So it balances it out.

Maybe the bulk of the powers are bought pre choice and then after that they can only buy certain ones based on their choice?
