A serious update to perceptions showing of yellow coins with robs that are tiny and not showing decent robs needs to be corrected!

The reason for the above mentioned problem, as I understand it is that the form used to determine if a vampire is yellow depends on their coins versus the coins in their bank...or something. Regardless; it's overcomplicated when all that is really needed is for the vampire to be yellowed if they have over...say 500 coins? |

I think we should change the pricing on the powers honestly, I mean 20K and 17.5K for Cel 3 is a bit steep when you're trying to get powered and shit. Personally, I feel that any level 3 power shouldn't cost more than 10K.

Personally, I feel that any level 3 power shouldn't cost more than 10K. Well that's dependent on a few factors. If we make coins more abundant then I think it's fine to leave them as is... However I would love to see a power like Abyss's Alacrity that ups the value of coins from humans and hunters. That way people could get that alongside their other powers and get more coins in return. But yes. 20k and 17.5 k is a bit high when it can take a lone pire a month to gather 20k, possibly longer if they can't chase hunters and get shitty robs. I don't think it should take a full year to get FP, which is a MAJOR problem in RBC. The game is built for powering. Everything is built around how long it takes to get FP. That's why the game doesn't support a heavy PVP system, because that isn't the main focus. |

Yeah, I mean if coin was more abundant I could see leaving the amounts the same, or maybe taking a few K off. The Alacrity would make things a bit easier for those trying to get powered up, perhaps it could be donation only like SS?

You will notice that humans more frequently give 100+ coins with higher charisma where, with no charisma you more often get no coins, just blood. I would love to see it raised a bit though. |

Buy a 4th level of charisma with Donation would be nice.
Perception- Definitely need that corrected with the coin issue.
Stamina- Is useless for BP- I think with each rank of blood it should go up (which it already does anyhow), until it maxes out at. It would be okay for the scrolls of turning, though I would like to see it cause failure on displaces to another target too on occasion.
Telepathy- like the idea that it just costs AP to send a telepathic message rather than working for the power, just silly really.
Charisma- Reduce shop costs and increase coin on humans.

For Lycan's:
They have all the basic vampiric powers, just without suction, a fifth level of Stamina, and powers Vampire's can not get.
Such as:
Shifting: Three levels, each one makes your lycan x amount stronger.
Gnawing: It would be equal to the damage of a Holy Water on RavenBlack. Three levels of that, too. Each level takes away x amount of Action Points.
Clawing: It would be equal to a garlic spray on RavenBlack, three levels as well, each one takes away x amount of AP.
Focus: Every lycan is as strong as his mind-power. It would be like telepathy, but you can also put something in someone's mind. Confuse them to make them go in a different direction when they move.

I like the idea of an attack that both sides get to train, possibly to three levels. Giving them different names each so that you can do damage without the need to just buy weapons.
Maybe with a limitation on when it can be used. say at a certain BP, or uses up 5 AP's.
They would still have to be part of the 1 attack per move rule.
Which powers are we gonna have for the baseline then? We can figure out then what we'd like each side to gain and what disadvantage it'd give. We need to keep this somewhat balanced.
